The representatives of SUHRS family foundation are hereby convened to the annual general meeting at Klub Aps, Linnésgade 25, Copenhagen, Denmark, on Saturday 29^th November 2025 at 13:30.

The doors will be open from 13:00.

1   Election of chairman of the meeting

2   Report on family events and the foundation’s activities since last year’s general meeting

3   Presentation of the family foundation’s audited financial report for the past financial year

4   Report on the budget and the expected result for the current financial year, including number and size of family grants

5   Questions and proposals from the representatives (nothing to discuss)

6   Any other business
