It is a very costly affair to send out general meeting notices by mail. We would like to save the money for other things, and we also know that more and more appreciate receiving this kind of communication digitally. Receiving documents and other related material digitally allows you to read it anywhere, without having to handle the hassle of actual papers, and saving important communication is made much easier digitally.
