The Board

There are 4 members in the Foundation’s Board of Directors, their professions and qualifications are listed below.

The chairman of the board must be no older than 70 years old, and the additional members must be no older than 75 years old.

The following individuals are currently members of the board:

Thomas Thordal Sevelsted, lawyer, legal director of the Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Gender: Male
Year of birth: 1975

Thomas Thordal Sevelsted joined the board in January 2025, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which he turns 70, which is the 30th of April 2046. There has been no re-election.

According to the statutes of the Foundation, the Legal Director must not be a member of the founder’s family, which Thomas is not.

Mr. Sevelsted is considered an independent board member.

Mr. Sevelsted does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation’s subsidiaries and/or associated companies.

Mr. Sevelsted was awarded a legal qualification in 2005, and has since 2011 been the owner of  law firm, which have primarily engaged in legal affairs of business.

Currently, mr. Sevelsted holds the following management positions;

Niels Christian Engelsborg Von Voss, board member

Gender: Male
Year of birth: 1960

Niels Christian Engelsborg Von Voss joined the board in 2005, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which he turns 75, which is the 30th of April 2036. There has been no re-election.

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss is a Master of Science in Economics, and has held a number of senior positions in the education industry.

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation’s subsidiaries and/or associated companies.

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss holds special skills within business development as well as a significant insight in agriculture, and is also the owner of agricultural properties, himself.

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss is not considered an independent board member.

Sofie Louise Brammer, board member
Gender: Woman
Year of birth: 1969

Sofie Louise Brammer joined the board in 2014, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which she turns 75, which is the 30th of April 2044. There has been no re-election.

Ms. Brammer is a Master of Science in Economics, and has made a commercial career in sales and marketing of consumer products and in the retail industry. Ms. Brammer is marketing Director at Lyngby Storcenter.

Since 2020, Ms. Brammer has served as a board member in Handelsforeningen Lyngby and a member of the Executive Committee. She has also served as a board member of Science City Lyngby since 2021.

Ms. Brammer does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation’s subsidiaries and/or associated companies.

Ms. Brammer holds special skills within management, communication, strategy, and business development as well as insights in board work and experience in working with associations.

Ms. Brammer is not considered an independent board member.

Thomas Andreas Carl Koefoed, board member
Gender: Male
Year of birth: 1970

Thomas Andreas Carl Koefoed joined the board in 2014, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which he turns 75, which is the 31st of August 2045. There has been no re-election.

Mr. Koefoed is Nordic Marketing Director at Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional, and has previously held a number of leading positions within marketing and business development in local and global companies.

Mr. Koefoed does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation’s subsidiaries and/or associated companies.

Mr. Koefoed has special competencies and experience within business development, communication, and commercial marketing.

Mr. Koefoed is not considered an independent board member.
