The Board<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are 4 members in the Foundation’s Board of Directors, their professions and qualifications are listed below.<\/p>\n

The chairman of the board must be no older than 70 years old, and the additional members must be no older than 75 years old.<\/p>\n

The following individuals are currently members of the board:<\/p>\n

Thomas Thordal Sevelsted, lawyer, legal director of the Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Directors
<\/strong>Gender: Male
Year of birth: 1975<\/p>\n

Thomas Thordal Sevelsted joined the board in January 2025, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which he turns 70, which is the 30th of April 2046. There has been no re-election.<\/p>\n

According to the statutes of the Foundation, the Legal Director must not be a member of the founder’s family, which Thomas is not.<\/p>\n

Mr. Sevelsted is considered an independent board member.<\/p>\n

Mr. Sevelsted does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation\u2019s subsidiaries and\/or associated companies.<\/p>\n

Mr. Sevelsted was awarded a legal qualification in 2005, and has since 2011 been the owner of  law firm, which have primarily engaged in legal affairs of business.<\/p>\n

Currently, mr. Sevelsted holds the following management positions;<\/p>\n

Council of State Johannes Theodorus and wife Caroline Falch Foundation, 1st division, CVR number 51996313 (Chairman of the Board)<\/p>\n

Counsil of State Johannes Theodorus and wife Caroline Falch Foundation, 2nd division, CVR number 11687792 (Chairman of the Board)<\/p>\n

Council of State J. Th. Suhr and wife\u2019s grant to loan for destitute professionals, CVR number 11585531 (Chairman of the Board)<\/p>\n

Pastor CE Suhr and wife’s grant for unmarried daughters of ministers, CVR number 11625975 (Chairman of the Board)<\/p>\n

Niels Christian Engelsborg Von Voss, <\/strong>board member<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gender: Male
Year of birth: 1960<\/p>\n

Niels Christian Engelsborg Von Voss joined the board in 2005, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which he turns 75, which is the 30th of April 2036. There has been no re-election.<\/p>\n

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss is a Master of Science in Economics, and has held a number of senior positions in the education industry.<\/p>\n

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation\u2019s subsidiaries and\/or associated companies.<\/p>\n

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss holds special skills within business development as well as a significant insight in agriculture, and is also the owner of agricultural properties, himself.<\/p>\n

Mr. Engelsborg Von Voss is not considered an independent board member.<\/p>\n

Sofie Louise Brammer, board member
<\/strong>Gender: Woman
Year of birth: 1969<\/p>\n

Sofie Louise Brammer joined the board in 2014, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which she turns 75, which is the 30th of April 2044. There has been no re-election.<\/p>\n

Ms. Brammer is a Master of Science in Economics, and has made a commercial career in sales and marketing of consumer products and in the retail industry. Ms. Brammer is marketing Director at Lyngby Storcenter.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, Ms. Brammer has served as a board member in Handelsforeningen Lyngby and a member of the Executive Committee. She has also served as a board member of Science City Lyngby since 2021.<\/p>\n

Ms. Brammer does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation\u2019s subsidiaries and\/or associated companies.<\/p>\n

Ms. Brammer holds special skills within management, communication, strategy, and business development as well as insights in board work and experience in working with associations.<\/p>\n

Ms. Brammer is not considered an independent board member.<\/p>\n

Thomas Andreas Carl Koefoed, board member
<\/strong>Gender: Male
Year of birth: 1970<\/p>\n

Thomas Andreas Carl Koefoed joined the board in 2014, and may be a member of the board until the financial year in which he turns 75, which is the 31st of August 2045. There has been no re-election.<\/p>\n

Mr. Koefoed is Nordic Marketing Director at Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional, and has previously held a number of leading positions within marketing and business development in local and global companies.<\/p>\n

Mr. Koefoed does not own shares, options, warrants, and the like in the Foundation\u2019s subsidiaries and\/or associated companies.<\/p>\n

Mr. Koefoed has special competencies and experience within business development, communication, and commercial marketing.<\/p>\n
